Regular checkups are an important part of maintaining your healthy smile!
No matter what your age, visiting the dentist on a regular basis will help keep your teeth and gums healthy, and your smile bright!
The American Dental Association recommends that you, and your child, visit the dentist every six months for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings; and, we would love to see you here every six months to make sure that your smile is staying healthy!
We understand that you have a busy schedule, so while we like to make sure your appointments are informative; we also like to make sure they don't stop you from doing the things you love! When preparing to visit the dentist, please know that your appointment can last from 20 to 40 minutes.

Inclement Weather
In 28 years of practice the office has only been closed once. In the event that we are unable to ensure safe travel to our practice during normal business hours we will notify you in advance. Since this is such a rare occasion you can expect we will be open unless you hear differently from our office.
Periodantal Therapy
Periodontal disease comprises a group of inflammatory conditions of the supporting tissues of the teeth that are caused by bacteria. Periodontal disease is second only to the common cold as the most prevalent infectious ailment in the United States. It is the major cause of adult tooth loss. Complete tooth loss of all teeth decreases a person’s life expectancy by 10 years. The rate of periodontal disease increases with age from 35 percent @ age thirty to more than 50 percent at age fifty and greater than 70% for age 60 and above.
